Polite, personable, anxious to please personnel. Facilities good. Comments on service to follow after more experience. Good selection of cars. Traded a pristine 2023 and was told at first it was fair condition. They backed off, but…, Overall, experience had an edge over my previous Subaru dealer. More

Was told and paid for a registration runner. Was assured they would take care of everything. On day 7 the MA grace period expired and I couldn’t drive the car. Now I was told it wasn’t their Was assured they would take care of everything. On day 7 the MA grace period expired and I couldn’t drive the car. Now I was told it wasn’t their problem. No sorry, no loaner, just rude. Tried to speak with several Managers, got nowhere. Wasn’t allowed to talk to owner. Sent an email trying to recover the relationship, no response. Will not set foot in there again. More
