Last time I tried to resolve with Tyler he started yelling at me. Day 12 finally received the registration. Sent email to owner to discuss and got no response. I suppose it is technically resolved after I waited 5 days without being able to drive and given no responses. Been a couple weeks since last reach out and no followup to my email. I think I am done. Unregistered my preferences and returned to my previous dealer.

We are sorry to see your frustration. We did only receive one key with the vehicle you purchased and we went out of our way to have our key person meet up with you to get you a new key. We cannot have them drive all the way to Gardner MA, and have asked you to meet him half way. We are more than happy to do this for you, we just need some flexibility.
