Shea was excellent in explaining differences between Forester and Crosstrek options. He made three cars immediately available for test drive with various trim levels. Buying the car for my first-time-car-buying, young son was a patient and thorough experience. This was my second purchase from Granite Subaru and even the price negotiation was fair and satisfying.
