My sales rep, Charlie Nguyen, was extremely helpful and attentive. He sent me a walk around video of the vehicle I inquired about and answered all my questions within an hour. I had been looking for a Taycan for a couple months and contacted multiple other dealerships about different vehicles and Charlie’s customer service really set him apart and was ultimately a big decision in why I decided to purchase a vehicle at Porsche Riverside. I ended up going with his recommendation and am so happy I did! Thank you again Charlie!! More

In less a day, he delivered the exact car of my dreams and with a very attractive deal as well. The deal he described over the phone was the same deal we got when we arrived at the dealership. When we arrived at Porsche Riverside my car was staged perfectly, showing like a jewel in the early evening light. It perfectly highlighted every aspect of the Porsche Macan design. Juan made sure that all of our questions were answered and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car. His approach was classy, professional and personal. When we got to finance, Andy Bertoli explained the paperwork very simply and we were done in minutes. From start to finish, there were no surprises.
