Kia Stinger GT2 AWD Lets get the negative things out of the way. I do want to point out that Eric, Jeff, and Andy was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the best Lets get the negative things out of the way. I do want to point out that Eric, Jeff, and Andy was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the best possible deal for my new Kia Stinger that I bought. The only issue I had was when I actually went in to pick up the vehicle. It was not clean and you can definitely tell that whoever was suppose to detail the car did not do it well. It was very apparent that all they did was run my car through the car wash. There were definitely dirt all over the lower side of the car and the back bumper and the engine bay had dust and dirt covering the side wall. Not to the mention the plastic wrap that was still sticking to the car handle which made it seems like the paint was peeling. Also, whoever was suppose to put gas in my car neglected doing that because I had only 5 miles on the car before it ran out of gas and had to point it out before someone noticed. I do want to point out that Stephen who was handling the delivery of the car helped out by taking my car to get it detail again. Although at that point I just wanted to get my car and be done with it. Now, I do want to point out that this has nothing to do with Eric, Andy, or Jeff. Lastly, I do want to point out that I love working with Eric. His work ethic showed that he cared about my car buying experience and wanted me to truly be happy with what I was purchasing. I appreciate him reaching out to me after everything to made sure that I was happy with the car and to let him know if I had any concern. That itself shows that he cared about his customer. Best car buying experience ever! I can honestly say that in all my lifetime I have never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Not only was Bob helpful, patient, kind-he I can honestly say that in all my lifetime I have never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Not only was Bob helpful, patient, kind-he genuinely showed concern to make sure I was buying what I needed. I will refer all my friends and family to Jeff Belzer's, and even took a picture of my vehicle and shared it on Facebook! I also have to give kudos to, to Heather Dahl who is absolutely delightful and how I found out about the dealership to begin with. She referred me and is very, very passionate about how great the dealership is, promotes Jeff Belzer's politely but could not be a better PR person! The finance manager was also super helpful and made me feel like I had my ducks in order. Signing was painless, and much, much more comfortable and relaxing than any other dealership I have been to. Renewed confidence and 2nd chances I happened to stop by on a very busy month-end evening to check out my options on a new vehicle. However, I didn't feel like a valued customer since I I happened to stop by on a very busy month-end evening to check out my options on a new vehicle. However, I didn't feel like a valued customer since I wasn't in the position to buy something that evening and was passed off to 3 different sales reps. I never really got an answer that evening because rebates and programs change monthly and what they would quote me wouldn't be good anyway. A few days later, I happened to have my vehicle in for service so I decided to give them another chance to see what my current vehicle was worth on a trade. I was pleasantly greeted in the parking lot by Jeff Shadrick, he listened to my needs and wants and started finding me a vehicle. When he checked my name, he found that I was already in the system from the previous visit and he needed to get approval to take me on as customer. Instead of Jeff handling the rest of my sale, he saw that I worked with Tom Gorman in the past, so instead of completing the sale himself, he handed me off to Tom. I'm thinking to myself, he we go again. Tom was the beneficiary the 1st time we met years ago (similar experience listed above) and didn't really have to earn my 1st sales, so I was a little hesitant going with Tom and not Jeff. However, Tom not only won me over, he worked his tail off getting me into a new vehicle that worked for me. He provided excellent customer service and treated me in the utmost respect that I look forward to working with him again, More
