Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle was with Jeff Belzers Chevrolet. Put down a deposit and signed for a new vehicle that was on its way to the lot and then didn’t hear from anyone for over a we Jeff Belzers Chevrolet. Put down a deposit and signed for a new vehicle that was on its way to the lot and then didn’t hear from anyone for over a week and anytime we contacted them they would just say “we’ll be in touch soon.” Finally we called and got someone on the phone and they told us they “couldn’t find the vehicle.” I’m assuming they sold it to someone else. Absolutely horrible place and the worst customer service. Oh and we also got low balled for our trade. We got $2,000 more for it somewhere else! More
