Then when I traveled for more than 4 hours to the location the vehicle had 5,000 more miles on the truck than listed on their website and on autotrader. No one mentioned this until the last document I signed listed more mileage than advertised. As they stated, “it’s all about making money” for them. More

I came in with some strict guidelines.. as I was buying a toy.. they were able to make it happen.. there was a couple hiccups.. and I am waiting to see if I will be getting reimbursed for an oil change I had to do immediately on the vehicle as it was 600+ miles outside it’s oil change time. NOT GOOD. So I took it to a local dealer in Warsaw to have it done that day.. I didn’t want to put anymore miles on dirty oil. It was an expensive oil change. I was told by my salesman and the General I would be getting reimbursed for the cost. So we shall see if I should continue to praise my experience.. or whether I need to revamp and edit it. We shall see. If I get reimbursed.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating. More

Bought a f150 from here and the rear end blew the next day after picking it up even though there was no problem on the test drive other than turn signals I told them to fix it they did but said I’d have t day after picking it up even though there was no problem on the test drive other than turn signals I told them to fix it they did but said I’d have to pick up the next day next day comes and they said I’d have to wait until the following day I get there and get in the truck they said they detailed it but never did by the looks of the interior cup holders an exterior mirrors I proceed to drive away hit the brakes and it felt like the brakes needed changed I thought no big deal get home next day on my way to work I stop at a traffic light and then start to take off the back end starts hopping and grinding I put it in park had to get towed home and get told the feeling of the brakes was the rear end starting to slip so I’d say my experience as a first time costumer of a vehicle used or not was very disappointing and they refused to help me fix the truck More
