Andy was very helpful from the first message we exchanged. I wanted to confirm a car was still on the lot before driving 45 min to look at it. Unfortunately, it sold before I could get there that day. Andy notified me immediately, but I was already on the way and didn't see the message. Even though the car I wanted to look at was gone, Andy was not pushy to get me to look at something else and was very apologetic about how it turned out. I did see a Santa Fe I liked and took it for a test drive. Andy was great at showing me different features and explaining things. I fell in love with the Santa Fe and purchased it that day. The pricing on the cars at this dealer is fantastic. There was no reason to haggle as the prices were well below what similar cars were going for at dealerships within 150-200 miles. Brian in the financing department was also great to work with and not pushy about buying extras that I wouldn't use, like oil change packages at the dealership, since I live 45 min away. I expect to keep this car for a long time, but if I do need to purchase another car, I will be going back to see Andy at Suntrup again. More
