In 2008, I realized that I needed to make a career change. I spent the previous 19 years in the restaurant industry, and the long hours were really beginning to take their toll. After applying for a job at Don Ayres, I was immediately impressed with the company’s family-friendly approach to business. Everyone welcomed me to the dealership, something that I pass along to our new employees. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Melissa, and our Weimaraner, Remington Steele (Remy). We also enjoy boating in our vintage Correct Craft. I enjoy helping customers not only at time of purchase, but later on down the line when questions arise on how to use their new vehicle's technology (I'm a bit of a tech geek)!

Andy was very helpful, thorough in presentation of the vehicle,before and after the sale. There was no pressure to buy at any time. Andy was very customer friendly. After much online research trying to select the best car at the best price to fit my needs I visited Don Ayres to just test drive a couple of their used Honda Civics. I ended up purchasing one of the vehic at the best price to fit my needs I visited Don Ayres to just test drive a couple of their used Honda Civics. I ended up purchasing one of the vehicles and couldn't be happier. The car was listed at a very competitive price and in excellent condition. I worked with both Andy Hitzemann and Jeremy Todd to purchase the vehicle. Both gentlemen exhibited excellent customer service and made the experience very satisfying. I've purchased many new cars over the years. I must say that this was one of my more enjoyable experiences. I had visited this dealer earlier to explore the possibility of purchasing a new van. They didn't have what I was looking for, but Andy followed up a couple of times to insure that they came up with a car that I would be happy with. Andy and the rest of the staff were very straight forward and friendly. No under the counter agenda at any time. Most people hate dealing for a new car because of the condescending way "car people" treat them. I've experienced that dreadful experience many times. I never felt that negative aura at this car dealer. Many people came by and thanked me for my business. The price was fair and the experience of purchasing my new Honda Odyssey was excellent.
