In 2008, I realized that I needed to make a career change. I spent the previous 19 years in the restaurant industry, and the long hours were really beginning to take their toll. After applying for a job at Don Ayres, I was immediately impressed with the company’s family-friendly approach to business. Everyone welcomed me to the dealership, something that I pass along to our new employees. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Melissa, and our Weimaraner, Remington Steele (Remy). We also enjoy boating in our vintage Correct Craft. I enjoy helping customers not only at time of purchase, but later on down the line when questions arise on how to use their new vehicle's technology (I'm a bit of a tech geek)!

Sales and Service are excellent!! I bought my 2011 Honda Accord from Don Ayres new. The salesman, Bill Fenoglio is a great person and a very sincere salesman. I have used their servi I bought my 2011 Honda Accord from Don Ayres new. The salesman, Bill Fenoglio is a great person and a very sincere salesman. I have used their service department exclusively and have always had excellent results. They are prompt to start the job and they are done quickly. I have never had to return for any reason. More

Late on snowy cold night, I had flat tire And Andy Hitzemann helped me....First of all my vehicle is not a Honda and I did not purchase it at Don Ayres. I had the misfortune of having my righ And Andy Hitzemann helped me....First of all my vehicle is not a Honda and I did not purchase it at Don Ayres. I had the misfortune of having my right rear tire go flat on Lima Rd in front of Don Ayres. It was late and I pulled in to their parking lot and noticed there were a couple people inside the building. I walked in and asked if anyone was left in their service department as I needed some air in my tire. Andy was very professional and courteous and helped me get access to some air for my tire. It would have been easier to just tell me no one was left and told me sorry. To the Don Ayres Organization and Management, you have a great ambassador for your company in Andy. It is employees like Andy that have made your business successful for many years and into the future. To anyone considering doing business with Don Ayres Honda I would highly recommend to do so. I will highly recommend your business to anyone who would inquire. And to Andy, thank you for helping a fellow human being in need. I will definitely pay it forward. More
