He went the extra mile to locate the specific color I was looking for and had it delivered at the shop within a day. He has always treated us fairly, and listened to our wants and delivered. He walked us through all the new features that was not on our previous Exployer. We were running late due to work obiligations and Jake stayed after hours to get the deal closed. We worked with a individual (forgot his name - sorry) when we turned are leased vehicle in. He also should get five stars. That went quickly with no problems. Then on to finance - it was quick and painless, Andy went over everything, and we were on our way in no time. As I said in the beginning Great Experience. Return customer for sure. More
