Buying my first car at age 20 without my parents involved was a little bit scary for me because of all the negotiating that's normally involved. I was really discouraged after going to the first dealership because the sales guy was VERY pushy and manipulative. Certified Benz and Beemer was the second place I looked and right away I knew this is where I was going to buy my car. There is no negotiating which is great for me because I didn't feel like I was going to get ripped off. I love my car and Andy was awesome to work with. Definitely would recommend this dealership! But Andy handled it expediently and with a great deal of professionalism. Inheriting a less than ideal situation, Andy performed extremely gracious under pressure. He took care of all issues very quickly and I am grateful that he took control of the situation and followed through with it. Keep up the good work, Andy.
