Nice and easy - like it should be I have to say that I don't think I've ever had an easier time selecting a vehicle. Andy and Trevor helped me identify what vehicles would fit the pr I have to say that I don't think I've ever had an easier time selecting a vehicle. Andy and Trevor helped me identify what vehicles would fit the profile and requests I had given them and they were extremely in helping me select the right vehicle that was well within my budget range. Their 10 day trade-in guarantee allowed me to select something else if I wasn't happy with my initial selection so that made it easy for me to move forward right away without worrying about getting stuck with something that wasn't right for me.. I normally keep my vehicles for at least a few years and it's an important purchase decision that I have to feel good about. Certified was easy to work with and they had a ton of financing options. They even got me a lower interest rate than what was originally quoted. It's been a long time since someone exceeded my expectations in any business. I was referred by a friend and know I know why. I've NEVER referred anyone to any dealership but highly recommend this company since they are straightforward, easy to deal with and don't play games with the purchase process. How refreshing to finally find a dealership that instead of just trying to "sell me a car", focused on making sure they understood what I wanted and what my budget was and then helped me find the right fit. Customer Experience Should Be More Important Than A Review! I have been searching for a used car online for months. Nearly every time I looked there were a couple of cars from Certified Benz and Beemer that sh I have been searching for a used car online for months. Nearly every time I looked there were a couple of cars from Certified Benz and Beemer that showed up on my results. When work took me to the Phoenix area a couple of weeks ago I made time to drop by their dealership and see if the inventory was as pristine in person as it looked online. I was not disappointed. They had a huge inventory of the very finest used cars. All meticulously detailed. A sales rep greeted me within minutes of walking onto the lot. We test drove the car that I was most interested in and then looked at several other possible choices. I had not made the final decision to purchase the car when I left the dealership that day, but I was not pressured to "drive this baby home today!" I received multiple calls, emails and texts from the sales rep beginning within hours of leaving the dealership. For me personally this almost made me decide against purchasing from CBB. I kept thinking about the old adage "People love to buy things, they hate to be sold things." I asked the sales rep a few questions during a phone conversation a few days later. Instead of an answer from him I got an automated quote via email. The texts messages, phone calls and emails persisted, but no answers to my few simple questions. I finally asked the sales rep the questions again and he did answer them promptly this time. He also sent another automated quote. Once I accepted the automated quoted the sales rep was very responsive in every aspect. He did a fine job! I had my car shipped to my home in another state. The process was simple and straightforward, other than getting to a fixed price. The CBB website shows shipping costs to my state. The sales rep quoted me 2 different prices that were $100 and $150 more than their website showed. In the end, I was charged the website price and my car was in my driveway 2 days after CBB received my check. Excellent Job Guys! The price I paid was a fair price. It wasn't a super cheap deal, but the car is in beautiful shape and the value for price paid was inline with where it should be. Be careful in dealing with this dealership because all their cars have 3M WINDOW TINT $399.00, 3M EDGE GUARD $199.00, XZILON $249.00, DOC FEE $399.00"as part of the deal. That extra $1250 could make a good deal a below average one. The CBB team is obsessed with their online reviews! Every interaction with my sales rep after I accepted their proposal included a plea for an online review. That seems to be what drives this company. They are managing for a good review. I suggest they should manage the customer experience then the reviews will take care of themselves! More

Not Bad for a group supervised by aBrit and BAMA fan ! My sales person Andy was relentless. I originally called to see if a car I saw on the net was available. Andy got the call. I told hi, I was coming in the next day and I did not. Andy called to follow up to see if he missed me and I told him I was coming in in 2 days. He called the day before to make sure I was coming. When I arrived he greeted me and my son. He had the car waiting in the shade for us to view. He must have noticed the lack of excitement about the car because he took us upstairs to view 2 more cars. My son was really excited about one of them. I told Andy that we were going to look at one other car before we close the deal. Andy stated he understood and asked for a time frame. While looking at the other car my son and I stopped for lunch. We took longer than planned but as we were heading back to the dealership Andy called to see if we were coming back. e finalized the deal and drove off HAPPY. The over all experience was GREAT. Andy was not a pressure salesman. He was persistent but not a nescience. I encountered the finance manger Tracey who was very friendly and the pit bosses. They too were friendly and willing to have work to WIN WIN situation for us all. You guys continue to remember that people can go anywhere to look at a car but, the Customer Service define whether or not they buy it from you or not. Thank you Andy for a making us feel satisfied. I left feeling like we all got what we wanted. More
