I actually flew in from Washington State to purchase the vehicle, so communication and transparency were extremely important to me. From start to finish, my salesperson Andy Manahl was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything straightforward, answered my questions, and helped make what could’ve been a stressful out-of-state purchase a smooth experience. Reassured me on the quality of vehicle I was getting with videos and pictures. The dealership was welcoming, the vehicle was exactly what I was expecting, and the overall experience was excellent. I really appreciated the customer service and how easy they made everything. Best car buying experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Certified Benz & Beemer to anyone looking for a quality vehicle, even if you’re purchasing from out of state. Definitely worth the trip from Washington! More

Update (10/16/26): BEWARE IF PURCHASING OUT OF STATE! TLDR: bought car, was told it was in perfect condition - It wasn’t. Little to no resolution from CBB. Advice - buy a car from a reputable dealer. TLDR: bought car, was told it was in perfect condition - It wasn’t. Little to no resolution from CBB. Advice - buy a car from a reputable dealer. Bought a car from CBB. Exact spec I had been looking for after months of searching. Put a deposit down before the received the car and paid asking price via cash. Should be simple right? 4 days later they receive the car and start detailing it. The next day while texting the salesman, I mention “both keys are in there?”. He says “no” in which, I request to have a second key made & he says “it might turn up, but not guaranteed”. (I know that means “no”) I asked him, “Did you just find that out? The car is only 2 years old” he replies, “No - we knew when we bought it”. So he went almost a week without disclosing that to me only until I asked him verbatim. Normally I’d ask for that to be taken off the price l, but I had sold my old car hours before finding this out & needed a car. Definitely foreshadowing the rest of the experience. Other than that, sent pics and videos…car looked sharp. He went out of his way to document a few door dings, curb rash (which he mentioned would be reconditioned prior to delivery) on one wheel and a rock chip on the hood. I appreciated that since I understood while this is a fairly new car, it’s used and some minor exterior dings would be on there. He described it as “4.8 out of 5”. They send the pre-delivery photos..taken in the rain (red flag #2) and zero interior photos. Car arrives 5 days later (I live on the other side of the country). Accepted delivery & got it washed (Touchless) immediately. I get home & notice four scratches on the hood; one with touch up paint applied & another from when the wiper arm scraped against the hood when they changed the wiper blade. The two others had been there for awhile. The curb rash was still there along with an “M” decal missing. I also noticed chip in the glass control console, scratch on the center console and a small discoloration spot on the passenger seat. I brought this up, to which they said they would repair the wheel (I had to pay for it first, then “they’ll mail me a check”) & not pay for any of the other items to be repaired. They claimed the chip in the glass console occurred during delivery…only until I discovered it on one of the photos sent. Their tone changed, but reverted back to “It’s a used car”. Yeah - I know it’s used, but I relied on you guys to disclose imperfections being 2k miles away and you misled me. They claimed all 4 scratches occurred during delivery & referred me back to the pre-delivery photos that were taken in the rain. I now understand why they purposely took those pictures in the rain…you can’t see anything on the hood but raindrops. I’ve been passed around between 3 different managers this week trying to make things right. Honestly, if you’re looking for a BMW or Mercedes, just pay the extra few grand at an actual dealership. At least they’ll ensure the car is spotless and take care of you after the sale. Here’s what I potentially will have to pay post-sale: -2nd key: $885 -Scratch repair on hood: $1000 -Glass center console: $1000 -Leather repair: $250 -Center console repair: $1100 I’ll update this post if they make things right. Bought the car from the other side of the country. Andy and team made the process easy as if I was buying locally. Good communication - provided updates daily on the car from when they received it to it shipping out. Liked that he provided me with ample pictures and videos and documented every door ding or curb rash on the wheels. Appreciated the ceramic coating they provide as well as the refinishing to one of the wheels. Definitely would do business with Andy and CBB again! More
