This was one of the easiest car buying experiences ever. Andy was great- he corresponded with me in an extremely timely manner. He was professional and very easy to work with. He didn't waste my time with ridiculous back & forth on price or deal making. He fixed the car in the places that we wanted and didn't try to haggle me. He was just matter of fact and very easy to work with. I mostly appreciate the efficiency of this car buying experience. I didn't have to spend hours or an entire day waiting around for the process to be completed. I had been thinking about a new car for several months and the thought of having to deal with a car salesman was putting me off the whole experience. Andy far exceeded my expectations. The car I bought was a good value and in good condition. I'm extremely happy with the overall process. I would definitely recommend Certified Benz & Beemer to my friends. More
