Poor Follow Up I initially stopped by the lot to look at a car, nobody was around to assist. I emailed Andy about the experience and he game me his number to call. I initially stopped by the lot to look at a car, nobody was around to assist. I emailed Andy about the experience and he game me his number to call. When I called, he answered "yeah"... Not knowing if I called the right number I asked "is this Andy?" In which he responded "yeah". Still awkward, I asked if this was Andy that worked at the Hyundai dealership; again he responded "yeah". I was like "um, Ok". he said "who's this?". It was just an odd, unprofessional way to answer the phone. Anyways I told Andy what I wanted and he said he would call me right back. No call the rest of the day. I was a little frustrated already, but never heard from him except an email from him later the next day saying to just call him. So I called him, left him a message, and still have no response. Just a very bad initial impression of the dealership and Andy. I don't feel I need to chase somebody down to get information on buying a car. More

My best car buying experience ever! From the minute I walked into the dealership until the time I left (driving my new car), I was greeted by very nice people and treated with so much re From the minute I walked into the dealership until the time I left (driving my new car), I was greeted by very nice people and treated with so much respect. The entire process only took approx. 3 hours and the majority of that time was spent waiting for my new car to be spiffed up. While waiting I had excellent conversation with both Andy and Scott about every day life. It was so refreshing to join in conversation and not just left in a waiting room to watch the news. The whole process was very enjoyable. Thank you all so much for your wonderful customer service. I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with the Dean Team! More

I normally buy at the beginning of the model year, but this time I bought at the end. Andy found the car I was looking for at another location and had it brought to Dean Team dealership. ANd I still got a great deal. The service dept has always treated me well as well. Overall a very good dealership and easy place to purchase a car. Great people I bought my first vehicle from Andy Miller when I was 18. When your young, NOBODY wants to help you. Andy was the only salesman to stop and help me. Andy has always treated us special even from the first day we meet. 20 years later it is funny walking into the DEAN TEAM everyone comes up to you and ask if you need anything, Our response is just ANDY MILLER. 6 cars later, and we have met Tim and Richard. Today we bought 2017 GMC Sierra Truck, Richard had to leave but he stayed so we could sign the paperwork with him. If these 3 were not there I would go somewhere else. LOYALTY is something everyone should have. 20 years later these three are my extended family. Thanks Andy for the text at 10am on a Saturday morning. More
