The entire process only took approx. 3 hours and the majority of that time was spent waiting for my new car to be spiffed up. While waiting I had excellent conversation with both Andy and Scott about every day life. It was so refreshing to join in conversation and not just left in a waiting room to watch the news. The whole process was very enjoyable. Thank you all so much for your wonderful customer service. I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with the Dean Team! More

Andy has always treated us special even from the first day we meet. 20 years later it is funny walking into the DEAN TEAM everyone comes up to you and ask if you need anything, Our response is just ANDY MILLER. 6 cars later, and we have met Tim and Richard. Today we bought 2017 GMC Sierra Truck, Richard had to leave but he stayed so we could sign the paperwork with him. If these 3 were not there I would go somewhere else.
