Best experience with Andy Miller I have ever had with a car salesman. Sold me a car 2 years ago and one to my son later and recently bought one from me. I worked with Andy Miller who was open and honest throughout the buying process. I reserved a new car that hadn't arrived at the dealership yet. When the car arrived much earlier than expected, I was throughout the buying process. I reserved a new car that hadn't arrived at the dealership yet. When the car arrived much earlier than expected, I was unable to get to the dealership to pick up the car for a couple weeks. Andy held the car for me. When I finally got there, the transaction to purchase the car went smoothly. While I didn't get quite as much for my trade-in as I hoped, this wasn't a deal breaker. When I declined add-on warranties, there were no high pressure salesmanship tactics. All things considered it was a smooth and happy car buying experience. More

What a story I could write about waiting for this automobile!! But..... as far as everyone at this dealership, they were great and kept us up to date on our Hybrid Tucson Limited's progress. The leadership team, Ed, Matt, and Andy were constantly in touch with us regarding the time line they were given and the expected arrival date of our vehicle. EVERYONE went way above and beyond what would normally be expected. Thank you Dean Team for making my wife's dream car come through. Andy, we will be back!!!!
