Positive experience at Dean Team Hyundai Just purchased a Santa Fe Sport at Dean Team. The sales person provided some preliminary info via phone and email which prompted me to further resear Just purchased a Santa Fe Sport at Dean Team. The sales person provided some preliminary info via phone and email which prompted me to further research this vehicle. After researching and comparing the Santa Fe to comparable vehicles from other manufacturers, I decided this was the SUV that I wanted. I called the salesman, Andy Miller and provided him with all of the vehicle info and immediately learned that Dean Team did not have a vehicle that met my requirements but that they would find one for me. As it turned out, there was not a vehicle in the St. Louis area that met my requirements. Andy and his team ultimately found within a few days the exact vehicle that I requested at a dealership in Iowa. Upon my authorization they acquired the vehicle and delivered it to me on the promised date of May 30. This was one of the most positive experiences that I have had purchasing a new vehicle. I recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle check out the Hyundai product line at Dean Team Hyundai in Ballwin, MO. More

Not happy with buying our car Vin # was wrong it took 4 days to get the right paper work. Never a call what was going on. The first call from salesman he wanted me to verify vin Vin # was wrong it took 4 days to get the right paper work. Never a call what was going on. The first call from salesman he wanted me to verify vin # and found out it was wrong vin. He said I will call you when paper work is complete. That took 3 day and never letting us know what was going on. Got new license plates and the screws were hard to get out of the old plates. My husband tried to put these screws in the new plates and they were to long and the one wouldn't go in all the way. We drove back out to the dealership, which is a thirty minute trip and had service help us and problem solved. This whole experience with this car has been very unpleasant. More

Genesis Coupe Andy Miller was great and professional. Enjoyed working with him. They were not too happy though when we paid cash instead of fiancing. We were a little ticked about having to pay taxes in IL for the rebate. We did not know that was going to happen. Would have liked if Addam had told us ahead of time. MO does not do that only IL. Car seat also had slight tear and needed replacing and instead of allowing us to merely send a photo, we had to drive all the way back from Glen Carbon to Ballwin. Dealer paid to fill up tank but....come on, we just bought the car the night before so how much gas was used? More
