New brakes, tires and the paint didn't have a single scratch. Andy was the best salesman possible. Very knowledgeable and helped guide me to the best car in my price range. He didn't try to push me towards any of the more expensive cars I was looking at like many car salesman do for a better commission. Don't buy a car without checking at this dealership first! Also, I got to speak Tom the general manager. Definitely got the vibe that both they are very trustworthy, which is important. More

I love my new 2014 Hyundai Sonata & when it came to getting a new vehicle, I went back to Andy because he had helped me with my 2012 Hyundai Tucson & I love my new 2014 Hyundai Sonata & when it came to getting a new vehicle, I went back to Andy because he had helped me with my 2012 Hyundai Tucson & I knew I could trust him and that he would take good care of me. Andy wants to make sure that you get exactly the vehicle you are wanting & when the St. Louis area did not have the charcoal grey color that I wanted, he found it for me in Kansas City & sent a driver there to pick it up. I feel that I can always negotiate a fair price for my vehicles with Andy & it is a "Win, Win" situation for both myself & the dealership. Since I was a repeat customer, I also received a $500 discount on the price of my car. When it came time to sign my lease & go over the documents, their Financial Service Rep., Scott Varnum was also great to work with. They didn't have the exact one I wanted in stock, so they found it and had it brought in for me... The color and features are perfect for me. Andy Miller did a great job showing me everything the car does. He even sat with me and set up the free blue link trial and then went over every feature and how to use it. (There are a lot of them) Richard in Finance was great. I got a great rate and the finance process was so smooth I couldn't believe it. He explained my options for extended warranties but did not pressure me. They even gave me a really good price on my Tahoe that I traded in. That was a big relief... Not having to sell it myself on craigslist or somewhere else. Getting what I wanted for my trade-in was Huge! I highly recommend Dean Team Hyundai if you are in the market for a new car! Everyone in the building is Awesome! More
