Absolutely zero concept of customer service. Didn’t greet me, didn’t get out of seat, unkempt, still waiting nearly 5 hours later for a 1 hour service item. Audi Dallas does it again! This was the second car purchase from Audi Dallas, and I am glad I went back. Buying a car can be a huge pain, but this dealership makes it easy and This was the second car purchase from Audi Dallas, and I am glad I went back. Buying a car can be a huge pain, but this dealership makes it easy and upfront. From start to finish this car-buying experience was again, great! I filled out my Trade-In info online and also which car I was interested in late on Sunday night, and Monday morning Jaramy emailed me and then gave me a call to go over details. The specific car I wanted wasn’t available in their inventory, so Jaramy had to do some hunting and was able to find a car to do a dealer trade within an hour. I went into the dealership and while discussing numbers they appraised my car and we worked out a great deal on my trade-in and the new car, we were done within no time. Jaramys communication was impeccable and answered all of my annoying questions haha! Ricardo in finance went through the signing quickly and easily, and Bret the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Glad I chose Audi Dallas for the second time!! Stop wasting time and go see Jaramy and the team at Audi Dallas!! More
