I understand parts were delayed due to Covid but at least return customer’s calls on a timely basis, and they returned my vehicle with a grease stain on my drivers side mat and caused my vehicle to smell lik return customer’s calls on a timely basis, and they returned my vehicle with a grease stain on my drivers side mat and caused my vehicle to smell like grease! Charges for unperformed work I took my car "Challenger 2018" to perform the scheduled maintenance , was told by the service advisor it requires wheel rotation , balance and alignm I took my car "Challenger 2018" to perform the scheduled maintenance , was told by the service advisor it requires wheel rotation , balance and alignment , I agreed to the work to be performed and was charged accordingly. After I drove out of the dealer service center I checked the wheels and found out they were not rotated, I returned back to the service advisor who double checked the work and agreed that the wheels weren't rotated. He refused to refund the money of wheel rotation and said they will be as credit in my account which I could use in my next visit. This isn't acceptable because I lost trust in them , second I don't want to take my car again to them. More
