After I drove out of the dealer service center I checked the wheels and found out they were not rotated, I returned back to the service advisor who double checked the work and agreed that the wheels weren't rotated. He refused to refund the money of wheel rotation and said they will be as credit in my account which I could use in my next visit. This isn't acceptable because I lost trust in them , second I don't want to take my car again to them. More
