I went to the dealer to do a 60k maintenance. They did a recall to the clutch so they had to install a new clutch for free. Two weeks later I have to replace the brand new clutch because the oil They did a recall to the clutch so they had to install a new clutch for free. Two weeks later I have to replace the brand new clutch because the oil cooler housing supposedly is leaking oil and it broke the brand new clutch. They say it is not cover with warranty. They should have said something to me when they did the clutch I do not think anybody will work in a car and replace a part if you know something else could damage your work. At the end the service manager tried to help but how could you trust them ? I am going to take my car to another mechanic and get to the root of this issue. Even if I have to go to de BBB or any entity that could help me with this issue. More

Visiting Florida from out of state, I found myself facing the most dreaded problem in traveling - an engine breakdown. My problem turned out to be a water pump and I had it towed to Central Florida Chrysler the most dreaded problem in traveling - an engine breakdown. My problem turned out to be a water pump and I had it towed to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at 10 pm on a Friday evening without speaking to anyone at the dealership. Talk about fingers crossed. Come Saturday morning I spoke with the service department and I was told they would fit it in and get the repair done that day! Wow! Andy Savas was fantastic to work with and I can't thank him enough for all he and his team did to get us back on the road and be prepared to depart the area on Sunday morning. Not much else to say other than Wow! Great Job! Thank you very much! More
