Scheduled an appointment at 12:30 waited a half hour to speak to someone and when I did I asked for a shuttle while the service was being done no shuttle was given. I waited for what was about another 25 m speak to someone and when I did I asked for a shuttle while the service was being done no shuttle was given. I waited for what was about another 25 minutes and my oil change was done great. Not so much got home to notice my tires were not rotated my fluids weren’t checked or even topped off I received no paper work and then was told everything I scheduled was complete which wasn’t not. I’ve owned many cars and have worked for many dealerships and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to definitely need to do better informing customers about what’s going on with their vehicle while it’s in the shop.
