I was Charged $150 for labor + Oil change for to basically do just an oil change no tire rotation And they didn’t top off the fluids. I called about it. The answering service had Andy returned my call The following day.. when I spoke to Andy. He had mentioned that the manager Xavier was on vacation & he would return my call the following week when he comes back from vacation that was two weeks ago. And I still didn’t get a phone call. This is not the first time this has happened, but this is the first time I’m complaining about it. I have been taking my car here for years now and the last two times it’s horrible. The service is downhill! More

Travis was great and the car repairs were fine. The problem was payment. I called in advance and was told that my check could be used as cash but it was rejected.
