Not treated the best I got my car from this dealership and have used the service center but I regret buying with them. I feel like I was ripped off and pressured and defin I got my car from this dealership and have used the service center but I regret buying with them. I feel like I was ripped off and pressured and definitely didn't get a good deal. I was treated well when I bought the car until a year after, but then the rip-offs on parts and service began. I waited hours every time for any service. Apparently appointments don't matter and are useless because they don't tell you it's first come first serve. I only go for service here because a friend is a Toyota specialist and since he started working on my car I've felt very respected and treated well. Unfortunately, if you're just a customer and not a personal friend, you're screwed. I don't recommend buying here and I won't ever again. More

I'm always treated well!!! Had a great visit with Andy and TJ! Service was quick and I was out in under 2 hours!! I made the mistake of getting a quick inspection (which my car Had a great visit with Andy and TJ! Service was quick and I was out in under 2 hours!! I made the mistake of getting a quick inspection (which my car passed) at a local spot and was told I needed brakes ASAP. Guess what....Didn't need them! I have at least another 3,000 mile to go which leads me into about the time of my next service. GREAT NEWS and saved me hundreds! Beware of local shops, I brought my car from Valley Stream Advantage and that the only place I have my car serviced!! Pay a bit more for HONEST service!!! Be sure to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! More
