My experience was great good customer service. They should offer rides for the Seniors if vehicle are there all day for maintenance or make sure they have a ride don't just leave them strained the They should offer rides for the Seniors if vehicle are there all day for maintenance or make sure they have a ride don't just leave them strained there all day. I talked to a customer who was a Senior stated to me she drop off her vehicle at 8am when I came to pick up my vehicle and stated that she was there all day waiting for her vehicle and it was 4:45. Chevrolet has to remember some Senior just don't have the resource or funds for ride sharing. More
