I had a reservation set to buy a car I called before to let them know I’m coming and make sure we are set as it was going to take 3.5 hrs to arrive. I also was paying in full no financing. When I got to the dealership I was told they sold it that morning “sorry bro” was all I got!! Why have a reservation/appointment to purchase the car. I’ve worked in sales most my life when someone calls in and asks me to put back something for them they will be in the next day at xx time I honor that. I don’t screw the guy and sale the item to whoever comes through the door! No phone call no nothing 7 hr round trip! What outstanding people they are really care about their customers (SARCASM) More

I had the a horrible experience dealing with the service department, i was lied to for months and serviced was withheld for 10 days even before they started to work on my car. as soon as i got Hyundai corp department, i was lied to for months and serviced was withheld for 10 days even before they started to work on my car. as soon as i got Hyundai corporate involved all of a sudden my car was being worked on almost immediately. Nick the service manager is either incompetent or had some sort of personal issue with me. Even dough i had gotten loaner from them multiple times in the past. as soon as i got corporate involved my Transmission was replaced. This experience was so bad that after 2 Hyundai genesis and 1 Genesis G80 and a Santa Fe i have call it quits with Hyundai. they sell a Luxury brand that can cost you up to 75 thousand dollars for a car and provide you with sonata level service. Since almost all dealerships are family owned and they dont care about the clients nothing will be done here. STAY AWAY FROM WAYNE MAZDA AND WAYNE HYUNDAI. More

I reached out to Wayne Hyundai a few weeks ago and received a response from a sales person. I tried following up via chat, email, and phone, and was essentially ignored. I made an appointment for 3:30 received a response from a sales person. I tried following up via chat, email, and phone, and was essentially ignored. I made an appointment for 3:30 PM today and waited around but there were two sales people for a room full of customers. At 4:10 PM I left after being ignored for forty minutes with no sign of assistance anytime soon. What a disappointment. More

Professionally Efficient - Angel The appointment went along quickly; excellent service and on time. The level of professionalism from Angel was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful - it was a pleasant experience. Not to mention I snagged a phenomenal deal on my car. Many, many thanks to Angel's efforts; he was running around before I even arrived trying to communicate with all the departments and coordinate so I could take the car that very night. When I arrived, we immediately did the test drive. He got the car detailed while I signed.. which all happened within about 2 hours - probably the easiest car purchase I've ever done! More

PRECERTIFIED VEHICLE WAS NOT PRECERTIFIED Although we received a request from the "manager" Louis for our contact information to contact us to resolve our concerns, we were not contacted. Although we received a request from the "manager" Louis for our contact information to contact us to resolve our concerns, we were not contacted. It has been a week and we still did not receive a return call from this dealership regarding our concerns. We left over 4 messages. We do not understand why the dealership has been so uncooperative and unreachable regarding this matter. Buyer beware!!!!! We have bought 6 vehicles from this dealer and have found them to be unresponsive and uncooperative to customers after the sale. We have reason to believe that our car was not PRECERTIFIED although it was sold to us as a Precertified vehicle. We have called the dealership and left messages for the manager to call us regarding our concerns at least 4 times over 3 days and have still not heard back from him. This is the 6th car we have bought from this dealership and would have expected the decency of a call from the manager to see what the problem actually was and to help resolve it. Nope. We have heard nothing from the manager or the owner of the dealership. We would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again and would urge others not to either. If a car is sold as Precertified when it has not been Precertified, that is fraud. Not returning a valued customer's calls is bad customer service. More

Would not recommend this car dealership. I purchased a new 2019 Hyundai from this dealership in November 2018. Our salesman was Ozcan, who gave us completely wrong inform this car dealership. I purchased a new 2019 Hyundai from this dealership in November 2018. Our salesman was Ozcan, who gave us completely wrong information during the purchase which cost us a trip to the DMV. I called the dealership since we were given inaccurate information, and our contact person Chad was going to "make things right" and order me a privacy screen for the trunk of the car. Unfortunately Hyundai didn't have that available yet, so I called back after the new year. When I called back, Chad was no longer working at Hyundai but was at their partner store Mazda. He informed me that the privacy screen was now available, and ordered me a complimentary one that would arrive by April 15th. The date came and went, and I received no call from Chad. I called the Mazda dealership back and found out that Chad no longer worked there. I was then transferred to the parts department, but there was no record of him ordering me anything. Andy, from the parts department, reached out to the sales teams to see what was going on and I ended up following up them directly (specifically Angel). Angel was eventually able to get me a complimentary privacy screen for my troubles, but frankly it was not worth all the hassle I had to go through. If they had salesmen on the floor who were knowledgeable in the first place this would not have happened. More

Terrible Customer Service Unfortantely, my daughter had the worst experience. She purchased a Hyundai Sonata 2018 in August due to the flood and her previous car was totaled.Sh Unfortantely, my daughter had the worst experience. She purchased a Hyundai Sonata 2018 in August due to the flood and her previous car was totaled.She has been having problems from the beginning. The car wouldn't start. She took it in a few times for diagnosis. At first they said it was a part that was on recall. The second time they said the car is fine. The car hasn't been starting and finally today was towed back to dealership for another diagnosis. Do you think we should be having this situation with 2018? The car is unreliable. Now she is without a car and was told to rent a car during this time. This is a brand new car, we shouldn't be having this problem. She was told by Angel, If she wanted another car that she would have to pay an additional $400 a month. Talk about customer's service. There has to be someone to step up and handle this situation!! People save yourself a headache and avoid this dealership. More
