It was time to sell my big mom van, so I visited several dealerships to investigate various brands of compact and mid-size SUVs. After a few days of looking, driving and talking, I visited Tucson Subaru to dealerships to investigate various brands of compact and mid-size SUVs. After a few days of looking, driving and talking, I visited Tucson Subaru to check out the Outback and Crosstrek models. Several in my family have owned Subies, so I was generally aware that they are good, reliable cars. Even so, Angel was knowledgeable about all things Subaru, patiently answered all my questions, pointing out several things I didn't know, and followed up with me after I left to make sure I had all the information I needed. I've owned 30-some cars in my 50+ years of driving, and have dealt with a lot of crappy dealerships, service managers, and salesmen (some of whom were dismissive and disrespectful to me as a woman), so I really appreciated Angel's professionalism and helpfulness. I really liked the Crosstrek, but in the end, I purchased another car brand. It had nothing to do with Angel or Subaru - it's my darn short legs, and I just fit better in another car. I do appreciate Angel, and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a good car and a great buying experience. More
