During my visit to the new service department, I encountered a slightly less pleasant experience compared to my usual interactions with the service writer. Steve appeared somewhat agitated during my encountered a slightly less pleasant experience compared to my usual interactions with the service writer. Steve appeared somewhat agitated during my visit. It was a little disappointing to say the least. In contrast, Angel provided exceptional service and professionalism. Upon arriving early for my appointment, Angel proactively inquired about my day and offered assistance if needed. He even took the initiative to check me in, despite the fact that my appointment was not scheduled with him. His attentiveness and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. I am hopeful that I will continue to have positive experiences at Daytona Toyota’s service department, as it is my preferred dealership. More
