I believe that when I bought my car, they said I had 24-7
care. They even had me install a Toyota app on my phone. Therefore, I was surprised to learn that "road hazard" a flat tire, was not included. I also

I also thought a new tire - less then 4 months old, would be covered under the warranty. On top of that, the charge for a new tire was almost $300.00 - that seemed very high. In addition, the service department did not show me what caused the flat tire in the first place. Anyway, will not be going back to Toyota for any tire repairs.
I have owned Toyota cars since 1973 - first time I have been disappointed with Toyota.
