I. Was in for a routine service but was confronted by a salesman. I was not interested in a trade but ended up trading. Since I didn’t go there to trade I had not researched the value of my Toyota. I was offered the lowest of the value range of between $19,000 and $33,000, without even evaluating my vehicle, which I purchased there and had serviced there. After the trade I researched the value of my vehicle. After having purchased 4 vehicles there previously, I realized I had overpaid by around $10,000. At the age of 82 I consider the sale to be elder abuse, and very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed by how I was treated by Daytona Toyota! More
