Horrible dealership. Sells cares without checking services needed. Then when mentioned states they can’t do anything about. They in the business to just get the car off the lot in any condition. stay away from scammersI have been scammed, They sold stay away from scammers I have been scammed, They sold me a salvaged vehicle. The sales manager / ANGEL V. SA** and the salesman / EDWARD SA** , stay away from scammers I have been scammed, They sold me a salvaged vehicle. The sales manager / ANGEL V. SA** and the salesman / EDWARD SA** ,and the finance manager / JUNIOR MA** were aggressive. and very unprofessional. They do not care about customers and they are money-driven. I thought I got a deal on the Toyota Corolla that I have purchased, but later I found out why the car was discounted. I put up with their rudeness because I thought it was good deal, and now I am paying the price. They have shown me a vehicle different than what they delivered to my house. They force me on signing a warranty because they claimed that I have to purchase if I am financing the car. I believed them. When I tried to use the warranty at different dealers closer to home, I found out the car has salvaged title and marked as a total loss. However, they told me the title is clean and I should receive it within a month. I tried to return the car with a couple of my friends within 48 hours and they denied my request. I asked a lawyer to send a fax to the dealer refusing the car delivery and we want our money back. We never saw the car delivered, we have saw the keys in our mailbox. No one returns my phone calls. I am stock with a car that I can’t sell and I have paid for a warranty on the car that I can not use because it is salvaged. The vehicle has issues that I can not fix using the warranty. They ignore all my phone calls. I already have a case open with consumer affairs. and report ABC NEWS, I have been scammed by the dealers and I will keep on fighting until I get my money back. Please advise all your friends and family to stay away from money-hungry city world Toyota in Bronx More

After car purchase lacking in customer service - I purchased a used car for my daughter with the help of Sam who was very attentive and helpful during the process, but once I started having issues he I purchased a used car for my daughter with the help of Sam who was very attentive and helpful during the process, but once I started having issues he dropped off the grid. I was sold a used car that had tire issues and the light gauge was active.. I called for the next two weeks leaving messages with promises of a return call. I finally decide to stop by and speak with the two Managers Garcia and Angel who promised to research the issue and get back to me. I insisted on speaking with Angel who said he would call me back that very morning. I was not feeling the respect or courtesy at this point and told Angel I did not want to shake his hand, at which point he walked away from me saying he would not help me simply because I did not shake his hand. He refused to look at me or answer my questions. I finally spoke with Mr. Moreno the Used car Mgr who advised me this was the first he had heard of the issue. He listened to my concerns and offered a solution to the problem. I am grateful to him for his assistance and giving me a piece of mind so that my daughter would be safe on the road. More
