The overall experience is very smooth. We walked out of another local Toyota dealership because they asked for an absurd markup and ordered the car with Sloane in February at MSRP. Sloane Toyota has been keeping us updated on a weekly basis regarding the updated delivery date. The purchase process is also very smooth, we were offered with options of Toyota’s extended warranty, but was never pushed to purchase any. I have to recommend Sloane Toyota for the way they do business in this unprecedented time. More
