Wonderful customer experience Recently we had to purchase a pre-owned 2018 X3. We visited several dealerships, but finally the vehicle we wanted was available at BMW of Tenafly, wh Recently we had to purchase a pre-owned 2018 X3. We visited several dealerships, but finally the vehicle we wanted was available at BMW of Tenafly, which was a bit far from where we lived. We decided however to go the distance, and it was in fact the best decision we made. The sales person (Arletta Conabee) was so courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with us, she answered all our questions about the vehicle, and she was not rushed at all. The pricing of the vehicle was just right, and we felt this was a truly memorable experience, I would highly recommend this dealership in case you plan to purchase a BMW...you will not be disappointed> More

excellent customer service I already had an X3 and was coming time that my lease was up soon. I reached out to my salesperson Angelo and he was great keeping up with me and tryi I already had an X3 and was coming time that my lease was up soon. I reached out to my salesperson Angelo and he was great keeping up with me and trying to find me the car I wanted. WHen it came time to finding me a new X3, he took the time to find me what I wanted and worked on my criteria in its entirety. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. All my service experiences have also been great so far at Bmw of tenafly. The tech person took his time to explain all the new high tech features. I even had some of the other staff take their time to check on me such as Mehmet. I highly recommend Angelo and the service staff at BMW of tenafly! More
