He provided stock numbers for trucks so I could review at my leisure. There was no pressure and allowed me to calmly consider my new Truck options. On the day of purchase everyone was awesome, again no pressure, you are just allowed to make your own decision. Questions were answered accurately and professionally! We had a very strategic discussion about financing, and Chris Umbaugh was great. He took his time going over the 1701 of signings of paperwork and made you feel confident about what was being done. I just need a bigger vehicle than my Escape and wanted some bells and whistles. Forth Dave from finance made the transaction steamline and answered my questions. Lastly I drove off the lot excited. Very friendly and welcoming staff I called about a truck on autotrader. The receptionist, Emily, got me over to a sales associate, Angelo, immediately to answer all my questions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Emily right after walking through the door, who then introduced me to Angelo. He had the truck clean and waiting for me to test drive. Angelo went over details about the truck, and answering any further questions I had before the test drive. From start to finish he made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. We were able to agree on a price and shortly after Chris was writing up the paperwork, which was easy and painless. By far the easiest and most enjoyable experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Thank you! More
