I have to say it was a pleasure to work with Felix Cabrera and Angie Quinones. they were very efficient and worked very quickly to make my experience a good one. They deserve a 5 star rating with gold Cabrera and Angie Quinones. they were very efficient and worked very quickly to make my experience a good one. They deserve a 5 star rating with gold flashing borders. However, I can't give the dealership itself more than a 3 because I'm certain no one did a test drive at highway speed or they would have discovered all four tires were severely out of balance once I was able to get to full speed on the Turnpike headed home. Had to stop in Ocala and have the front tires balanced because of the imbalance. I later had to have the rear tires rebalanced upon reaching home. Plus the other item that I noticed on the way home. They probably know what I'm talking about since it looks like someone tried to repair it. I take reasonability for that since I missed it on my inspection. Do yourself a favor and have someone with you to help inspect with fine tooth comb. You will be your own best advocate to get the best car for your money. More
