I called Friday 14th at almost 8pm, an amazing salesman (Joe Andrade) answered the phone and listened to our needs patiently and then went over our options and told me he will call us Saturday @10am for more pricing info. We explained the urgency of getting a car ASAP and Joe literally UNDERSTOOD the assignment. Joe never tried to push something that we were not asking for, he went straight to help us and made sure we were taken care of. His customer service skills are unmatched, like literally no one compares to how efficient and amazing, Joe is. Our experience was super personable and we will always recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. The best part of all of this is… 🥁 our car was supposed to arrive Oct 23rd and it literally arrived a day after we put the deposit down and he called us right away even though he was about to leave on a Sunday night. If you need to buy a car Joe is the guy!! 💯 Now to our AH-MAZING finance manager! Angie Quiñones, is a beautiful person. She spoiled our children while waiting there. She gave them snacks and coloring books. You could sense her beautiful momma heart from a mile away. We felt we have known Angie our whole lives, she made us feel so comfortable and explained everything calmly.
