Joe was a class act; pure definition of customer service. As I was leaving, it was raining quite heavy, and he offered me an umbrella. Being the stubborn person I am, I said no thank you; I had one in my old car. I went out and got my umbrella out from my old car to start moving stuff to my new car, and the next thing I know, there's Joe offering to hold the umbrella while I move my stuff, so I wouldn't get wet.
