Neil is way better then your average salesman I've probably bought 12 new cars in my life. But this is the first time I've actually felt a sales rep was worth writing about rather then the overall I've probably bought 12 new cars in my life. But this is the first time I've actually felt a sales rep was worth writing about rather then the overall experience . Neil was outstanding. I was negotiating for my parents who lived a state away. Mahwah Honda always gives the best deals and they blew away the four other dealerships I went to which is routine for them. But Neil was wonderful with dealing with my 80+ year old parents. He was very patient and thorough with them and myself making sure they totally understood the transaction and would spend as much time as necessary to make it clear to them. Often this required repeating the same things over again several times. We completed the transaction paid for the car in full and were leaving . Neil brought his manager over to wish us well. He asked how our experience was and I said great. But one issue bothered me. The manager agreed and refunded the amount for that item. And this was after we paid! That's the kind of service you can expect at Mahwah Honda! More

I gave Mahwah Honda a chance to earn my business due to my to satisfaction with the typical dealer good guy / bad guy routines between sales people and managers at other dealers. I was pleased with my first leasing experience three years ago and returned. Anil Arora has handled my last two leasing transactions and he understands how reward repeat business customers. He listened to what I was wanted and worked quickly and diligently to get me a fair deal. I lease cars for business so making the transaction effortless while still being competitive and fair was important to me. Upon the expiration of my lease I called and Anil. We discussed price briefly. He had a car available for me and I closed the deal and picked up the car the same day without interrupting my business routine. I can highly recommend Anil and Mahwah Honda. More
