So, I got the most beautiful car of all! :) I needed to find a car within two days. I was afraid that would not be durable. Due to my challenging situation with financing and extreme time limitations I was pretty stressed But the Team at Darcars Lexus of Greenwich went above and beyond to make that happened. Special Thank You to Dan Moran for finding for me the most perfect car. And delivering it to my house!! (Over an hour drive one way) I can’t express how grateful I am for his kindness, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor. Thank you to Dave Miller, the manager, who explained in details all the benefits that come with purchasing my car. Things I wasn’t aware of. Again, he’s pleasant approach made me very comfortable and made the whole process enjoyable. I knew I was in good hands. And the last but not least, special thank you to Anisa from financing. I can express how grateful I am. She spent so much time diligently looking for the best financing option for me. She even called me way after the hours to tell me that she was able to find me even better financing rate for me. We had an excellent dealer experience with Darcars Lexus of Greenwich and its sales representative Stephen Goyburu. We took two extended test drives of the NX and RX. He went through all the vehicles available. (We ultimately chose the RX450h without a lot of unnecessary extras). The management worked with us on price and didn't add a "market adjustment" though there were a couple of "value adds." The finance person didn't push too hard and the paperwork was done quite expediently. And they delivered the car to our door and took all the time we wanted to explain the driver interface. Stephen truly did earn our business. All in all one of the best dealership experiences ever (from a guy who has bought a lot of cars). More
