Mike Molles was the first gentleman we met when we arrived to the lot. I approached him and asked him if Infiniti was a good fit for me and my girlfriend. I told him the truth about how much I wante arrived to the lot. I approached him and asked him if Infiniti was a good fit for me and my girlfriend. I told him the truth about how much I wanted to put down, what other dealerships I have visited and what other options I had on the table. After listening to me, Mike responded with a Yes and showed me offers that fit exactly what I was looking for. I told him that I wanted a semi-luxury suv that was nice but not too flashy, and that also would have enough room to carry my fishing poles. After answering a few questions he introduced me to the Infinity QX50, offered me a test drive, explained some of the features and told me to take as much time as I wanted. After a day of car shopping and being met with pushy salesman (across the street at DCH Toyota), Mike was a breath of fresh air. He answered all my questions about the car. After making my decision to purchase the vehicle, he walked us over to his office, offered us water, coffee, etc, and we spoke numbers. Which I loved the most, he didn’t hand us off to some stranger to finish the deal. He saw it all the way through. He also gave us the privacy to discuss financials amongst each other and made the necessary adjustments to get the deal done. After we agreed on the numbers he handed us over to Anita on the finance side and we were met with the same great customer service. Mike would pop his head in the office periodically to make sure we were doing okay, which made us feel extremely comfortable. To me it showed that he really cared about this experience. We laughed, joked, even shared pictures of fishing trips. This was by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. More
