It is reached through the patience, professionalism and special attention given to the customers during conversations, driving trial, working with estimates, discounts and also with kind -Not harassing- calls and text reminders about appointments. AnnaMarie has all these qualifications that made me feel important as a person, not seeing me as a simple buyer only. She guided me step by step and answered all my questions diligently without revealing any single gesture of impatience to close a deal. That is unique!! Thumbs up!! Once we settled on a vehicle she explained the amazing certified warranty and helped me work out the right payment plan to be able to pay for it within my budget.
