Annette and Mandal had great customer service. Our whole shopping experience went smoothly and quickly. I bought a used vehicle that had a cracked windshield. It is used, which I have brought used many times before and never had problems with a vehicle as I have with this one. It started running hot a week after purchase date. I’ve already had to have the thermostat changed and now it is in the shop because when the AC is on it still runs hot. Mandal said they had this vehicle 58 days. I feel that this problem should’ve been fixed. It shows poor maintenance on Mandal. Even though Mandal has great people working for them. I have had enough frustration from this purchase with Mandal that I won’t be using them again. I understand that used vehicles have problems, but this quick after purchasing is very disappointing.
