We had an exceptional experience with one of your sales people. Over the years we have owned Chevrolet, Toyota, Honda and Jeep. We were driving a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and lease was coming to the people. Over the years we have owned Chevrolet, Toyota, Honda and Jeep. We were driving a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and lease was coming to the end. We were considering Toyota or Honda. Loved our Jeep but we leased a Jeep that guzzled gas and we were not sure about owning a Jeep again. After talking to a few dealers, and then speaking with Annie Garancelli at Garavel in Norwalk, CT, we decided that the sales experience mattered a lot. As did the service Dept. Our daughter and son in law turned us on to Jeep, and Annie. Since we purchased our last Jeep, there isn’t anyone that we know that owns a Jeep in our town, that has not purchased from anyone other than Annie. Simply put, she is the salesperson that people who hate car salesman (my husband), want to deal with. If there is a National Sales Award, Annie Granchelli should win. She is hard working, honest and knowledgable. And smart. She has all of the answers. When we drove out tonight, she kept telling us to call if we had any questions at all. She kept reiterating that even though the vehicle was basically the same as the one that we had before. She did not take us for granted. Annie Granchelli. Not a relative or a friend. This is our second Jeep purchase from Garavel. First reason to go back was we love our Jeep. Second reason is salesperson is no nonsense, listens, is on time and does not play games. So we leased another Jeep. And we were seriously considering, and looked at, other brands but all of the above are the reasons that we leased a Jeep. Our sales person experience was exceptional but we knew it would be. There isn’t anyone we know with a Jeep that hasn’t bought/leased from Annie. Further, because of COVID we did not want to go into the showroom. Annie and Sue went above and beyond - we completed online info before we arrived. Made our choices see extra protection online, Signed the papers outside. From house to dealership is 10-15. We were home in less than an hour. Amazing service and love the car. More
