From the moment I walked into the dealership the first time(almost two months ago), to the second I walked out with my new car (this past weekend, Dec. 1), I felt like everyone that helped me went above a time(almost two months ago), to the second I walked out with my new car (this past weekend, Dec. 1), I felt like everyone that helped me went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and make me feel comfortable. Annie and John explained the ins and outs to me, as well as both of my parents and answered every and any question that we had about this process. They were up front and honest the entire time and I know they did their very best to get me in my dream car! Eric was a huge help when it came time to bring my father in. He too answered questions about the vehicle and gave examples and scenarios that my dad(the hard headed Italian)could understand and relate to! Without Omar's help, I'm not sure if I would have had my Jeep to even write this review! He made the paperwork portion of the process easier than I could have imagined. Everyone truly went out of their way to make this a memorable and exciting experience for me. I will be telling everyone that is in the market for a new car to come here, just based on my experience alone.
