Annie was amazing! She went above and beyond to get me the best deal! I highly recommend her if you are thinking about going to Garavel. I was in the market for a new Jeep. After some comparative shopping, went to Garavel, because they had the best price. My sales person Annie was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. Finance experience was pleasant with Omar. There ended up being a small mistake regarding a deposit that needed to be refunded back on to my credit card. (noticed a mistake with paperwork a couple days after I picked up my Jeep... not a big deal, mistakes happen) My sales person, Annie, was out on vacation when I picked up my vehicle, so I tried dealing the the General Sales Mgr, John. This is where the customer service experience went South. A simple credit card refund that should have taken 10min, became a BIG problem. After my initial conversation over the phone with John, I was told he needed to look up my paperwork and call me back. That call never came. I waited two days, and called again. Again, I was put through to John, got the voicemail the 2nd time around. Left a detailed message, reminding him of my situation, and waited for a call back. Waited two days...still no word from John. Apparently, his idea of customer service is to bend over backwards to make a sale, but ignore people when it doesn't involve him making a buck. Long story short, It took 3 calls and a week, and I STILL got nowhere...and that was dealing with the MANAGER! What saved the transaction, is that my original sales person Annie came back from vacation. I spoke with her on her first day back and she IMMEDIATELY refunded my deposit and handled the situation. If it were up to John, this dealership would get 1 star, but thankfully Garavel has great employees like Annie and Omar that make my experience with Garavel pleasant and why I'd recommend them to others. (just don't deal with the John, the Sales Mgr) More

We had a wonderful experience with Annie at Garavel. They had contacted us to buy out the lease on our current Jeep however we were having a hard time connecting with our original salesperson - Annie to the had contacted us to buy out the lease on our current Jeep however we were having a hard time connecting with our original salesperson - Annie to the rescue! She got back to us immediately, got us a quote within two hours for our buyout on a holiday weekend and offered us an amazing deal for a new lease. She was incredibly helpful when we came in to meet with her, explained all the details of the buyout which we'd never done before and went above and beyond to track down the exact car we wanted with light interior which was very difficult to find. She rushed it so we wouldn't have to pay an additional month on our old car, made the switch out of cars in less than half an hour and walked us through all the new features after having her team remove all the plastic, covers, tags etc from the car and wash it so it was road ready! We emailed back and forth throughout the process like old friends, she really was wonderful to work with and the best part was I really trusted her that we were getting a good deal, not something you often feel when looking at cars! More

I had the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Everyone really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. Annie, my sales rep as well as all the finance people went out of their way to get me into a vehicle I love at a price that wouldn't break my wallet. In these tough economc times, it's nice to see there are still good, honest people out there who value quality as well as making a living. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. In fact, I have a friend who might be leasing a vehicle from them. Garavel has top notch vehicles and superior customer service. I drove off the lot feeling confident that I had made the right choice and even though my sale took longer than most (finding a vehicle I wanted at the right price) I never felt pressured to get something just so a sale could be made. Other dealerships in the area could really learn a lot about how to treat customers just from one visit here. More

I was extremely happy with the personalized attention Frank Adams gave us. He stuck with us through to the end. We always felt that he had our best interest in mind, with what we needed in a vehicle and Frank Adams gave us. He stuck with us through to the end.
