That being said the crew at Garavel Jeep went above and beyond to statisfy me and most importantly my wife who the car is for . Annie G is a true professional and an amazing personality in the showroom. Everyone should be so up beat and personable. Paula in finance is as well a pleasure to work with. Finance can sometimes be scary but not at Garavel. The pre owned manager made sure he introduced himself and took an interest in satisfying our requests ! Overall a great experience with great people. Thank you all. More

Lucky for us, Annie was available at that very moment we walked in and in hindsight we could not be happier. Not only was Annie extremely personable but she was also very fun and informative. We had no idea what to expect when we got there, but we quickly realized that their sole goal at Garavel is to get you into the car that is everything you want. There was absolutely no pressure at any point during our two visits. I had wanted a Jeep since the day I started driving and I was very specific about what I wanted in my car. Annie and Mark worked tirelessly to find me my perfect fit, and they searched high and low until they found it. This was a huge purchase for me, and Mark was able to run me through multiple options until I found a payment plan that worked the best and was manageable for me. The best part about this whole experience was that everyone there was genuinely happy for me when I finally made my decision to get my Jeep. Who else gets a round of applause when you finally decide it's a go?! I am so very happy that I started and ended my search at Garavel. Annie and Mark were flexible towards my requirements/needs and extremely patient, going back and forth, over and over until they could find me the best deal possible. When it came time to run through the finances, Christine was extremely thorough and walked us through each and every step. I can't stress enough how great they are and how much fun we had on both sides during the whole process.
