I bought a new Kia Optima from Jim Butler. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very enthusiastic, but never high pressure. The promises made in my earliest discussions with them were kept. knowledgeable and friendly. They are very enthusiastic, but never high pressure. I submitted a request for an internet bid on a 2012 Sorento in late January. Annie responded quickly with a very good price and we had a deal withing a few hours of me submitting my request. Don helpe Sorento in late January. Annie responded quickly with a very good price and we had a deal withing a few hours of me submitting my request. Don helped me complete my purchase and Justin handled the financing and I was out the door with my new Sorento the same day! A very good experience, not like other dealers. I have driven the Sorento for two weeks now and I love it!! More
