I bought a new Kia Optima from Jim Butler. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very enthusiastic, but never high pressure. I submitted a request for an internet bid on a 2012 Sorento in late January. Annie responded quickly with a very good price and we had a deal withing a few hours of me submitting my request. Don helpe Sorento in late January. Annie responded quickly with a very good price and we had a deal withing a few hours of me submitting my request. Don helped me complete my purchase and Justin handled the financing and I was out the door with my new Sorento the same day! A very good experience, not like other dealers. I have driven the Sorento for two weeks now and I love it!! More
