John has assisted me over the years with a lease, a new car sale, and a trade in. This last experience was seamless. Once it arrived, John and Kevin with the management team went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered and that the deal was right. I feel like the whole family at Lithia are dedicated to being the very best at what they do, and take the needs of their customers seriously, from the service department through the sales team. Ansel made the paperwork harmless at the closing, and went out of his way to search for the lowest interest rate even though we had already found an acceptable one. Last but not least we are happy with our 2021 ram 1500 rebel. -Chance M. More

My family has purchased six vehicles from this dealership and I will only work with Bob. He does not try to pressure you into something you do not want, unlike a couple of the other salesmen I've interacted and I will only work with Bob. Excellent dealership, but cars for viewing and sales are crowded to make for easy getting around. Building interior is great. I plan to use them again. Sales personnel were very knowledgeable about the various types of cars for sale, pleasant to work with, and demonstrated real concern for the purchaser. Mr. David Dowd has proven to be an outstanding Jeep salesman. No pressure to make a sale, just allowed my wife and I to do all of the decision-making. All during the process, which took several days to go from concept, to setting up the purchase, and acceptance of our new Jeep, he was extremely helpful in explaining the various differences in the models, describing what was available, and allowing my wife and I to test drive / ride in the various types of Jeeps so that we could determine which model of Jeep we were planning to purchase. He then assisted us in obtaining a loan for the vehicle which we wanted. When the vehicle arrived the next day, he kept us informed as the dealership assembled the final work on the vehicle, which delayed the acceptance another two days (we had lots of work to be done to the vehicle), and then arranged for us to quickly pick up the vehicle. Once we arrived, he then spent close to four hours explaining most of the functions of the various parts of the vehicle systems, and each system’s (apt) capability and joined me as I drove the vehicle around to practice driving and testing out the operation. In all cases he was always polite, tactful, and provided detailed information about the cars we considered. He was very patient with our often repeated questions about each model of car that we were interested in. All totaled, he has spent ten hours directly with us (determining which model to buy, testing each model, discussing the various points of each type of model, and then through the contract process and acceptance of the vehicle), and daily telephone calls when we were waiting for our car to be processed through the service department. At all times, he was polite, knowledgeable about the various types of vehicles, and knew which options were available. In the future, I plan to purchase my next automobile from Lithia CDJ, and I hope that David will be still there so that I may call on him again about my next purchase. I was very impressed with his follow-up after the sales contract was signed, as he always returned my calls that same day, and kept me informed as any delays or problems with any part of the purchase process. He expedited our purchase so that our new car was received the day following our sales contract, and moved our new car through the service department, keeping us informed every step of the way. Ansel Sandone was another outstanding star (in the Finance Department), who certainly took the best care in getting the contract made quickly and in explaining everything in detail. This is very important when purchasing a new car. RJ Jordan was another outstanding salesman who got us started initially on making the decision on which vehicle to purchase via the telephone; unfortunately when we finally travelled to the dealership, he was off that day, so we moved on to another salesman. But he was friendly, polite, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the various vehicles. If he was not immediately available when I called, he returned my call before the end of the day. More
