I just love RC Hill dealership in Deland! First off, I was greeted very nicely by Alexis. I didn’t have an appointment, yet she very sweetly worked me in anyways, alway smiling, always extrem First off, I was greeted very nicely by Alexis. I didn’t have an appointment, yet she very sweetly worked me in anyways, alway smiling, always extremely professional, and kind. Then “Gio” (Jovanny) proceeded to take care of me with the most professional kindness and courtesy. I am not kidding! It was near the end of the day. He took good care of my car; checked everything appropriately, did not try to upsell me many things that I didn’t need, which always is a concern of mine. He did let me know that what needed to be done and then, get this,!!!…. even though I didn’t have an appointment and it was the end of the day and he did all that work so nicely, he even detailed my car washing it inside and out himself. I cannot tell you the joy that I left that place with , I am so thankful that I got my car there because the service is excellent and the courtesy and kindness is above and beyond. I really assumed they couldn’t take me and I would’ve been fine with that and made an appointment but they went above and beyond to work me in and take the best care of me possible!! Alexis and Gio are an amazing asset to your company, and should be appreciated with raises and moving up the ladder. I am not kidding!!! They acted this way with no one over seeing them and I believe it’s their true personality and sharp business perfection. Thank you both ever so much!! Then Tony walked by me, ( Anthony), who sold me the car 2 1/2 years ago, and still remembered me. He was such a pleasure to do business with, and took a lot of the stress out of buying a new car. I have a lot of family and friends in this area and will always highly recommend this Mitsubishi dealership because of the way I have been incredibly treated so extremely well !!! the dealership itself was fine. very helpful and freindly. all associates seem to be friendly with customers and each other. my review is on base model outlander sport. I could only afford a base model but I wouldn't think for the money you are paying some things would be so cheaply made. to adjust driver seat up and down there is actually a plastic Handel that you pump up and down like a jack. you would think they would use something better for the price you are paying. the back up camera is useless if there is any type of glare coming into the car you can't see anything on the screen. you have to shut doors hard or they don't shut all the way. all other outlander have decent wheels or wheel covers not just plan cheap looking covers like the base model. granted I new what I was getting but you would think for the price I was still paying there would be better quality. would it kill them to make a decent base model More
