I can see RC Hill is quick to respond to all of their positive reviews, but I wonder how much attention they give to customers who have had serious problems after the sale. In my case, I put $20,000 d positive reviews, but I wonder how much attention they give to customers who have had serious problems after the sale. In my case, I put $20,000 down on a truck and financed the remaining balance, only to later discover that the vehicle had structural frame damage from a previous accident that I believe was not properly disclosed to me during the purchase process. When I was ready to buy, my credit wasn’t an issue. Once these concerns came to light, suddenly it became the reason they couldn’t make things right. Instead of taking accountability and working toward a fair resolution, I felt like I was being pushed into another vehicle. Buying a vehicle is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and full disclosure from the start. This was my experience, and I encourage anyone shopping here to do their research, request all vehicle history reports, have the vehicle independently inspected, and ask plenty of questions before signing anything. I had another excellent experience purchasing my latest vehicle a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from the best team lead by manager Matt. He went over and beyond with every aspect of the sale. I recently purchased a used Chevrolet vehicle from RC Hill. After a week it suffered electrical issues and would not start: The gentlemen who sold me the vehicle, Matt, went above and beyond to make thin Hill. After a week it suffered electrical issues and would not start: The gentlemen who sold me the vehicle, Matt, went above and beyond to make things right. He organized the transportation of my vehicle back to the dealership and worked with the local Chevrolet dealer to make sure the vehicle was quickly fixed and fully functional. He kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle throughout the process, quickly responded to my messages, and made sure I was taken care of. RC Hill did not charge me for any of this, and demonstrated to me their commitment to making sure I received top tier service and a fully-functional vehicle. I would purchase a vehicle from them again in the future, and would work with Matt as my salesman again as well. Honest, professional, and committed to customer service. More
